Hi
I am new here - maybe someone has more knowledge about charting than me and can help....

Some background: I have been TTC for a year now with no luck. I have a son who is 2.5 years. I have been diagnosed with PCOS in the past and have tried many natural supplements which I still take intermittenly. I have an underactive thyroid and am taking Eltroxin. 3 cycles ago I started on Clomid but only 50mg. I have taken 100mg of Clomid for the last 2 cycles. My cycles have always been very irregular hence I started charting to identify when I ovulate but even on Clomid they are still all over the show. The shortest being 22 days the longest 40 and mostly somewhere between 31 and 36....

Can you give me any advice or insight into my charts? Where are we going wrong.....

Thanks so much in advance for your help. God Bless!

Hello,

Well, maybe it has just been a timing issue... do you ever use OPK's????

Hi Laura
I have heard about the diet changes so have tried to cut back on sugar etc.
I haven't tried OPK's. I do have a saliva ferning tester but heard that you can't use it reliably while on Clomid so thought maybe OPK's were also no use?? Do you recommend them?

You can use OPKs with Clomid...but don't start using them until at least 72 hrs after your last dose of Clomid or you
