Thanks so much for your help, Sue. How do you check your cervical mucus and position, I'm not sure I want to ask! I've also seen that other members will use OPKs, are they good to use when you are charting or are they not necessary?

Checking cervical mucus (CM) and cervical position (CP) involves checking internally, so it depends on your comfort level if you want to add that in or if you want to wait a bit.
No question is a bad question, so feel free to ask away.
