I was wondering what factors can affect your temperature in the morning. I could feel a cold coming on yesterday and sure enough, I was miserable by early this morning. Could my cold affect the sudden temperature spike or should I disregard it and not put it on my chart? Thanks!!! I'd appreciate any input. :)

Yes, the cold could affect your temp, especially if you have a fever or if you're taking cold meds (tho I'd expect meds to lower your temp).

My temp keeps doing strange things too. Not sure why.

Hopefully, we'll get our bfps soon even though our temps are all over the place! :)

I thought my erratic temps looked bad before they are even worse now...lol I think with mine dropping I am out this month. I am hoping you get you BFP.

Well all of that creamy cm could be a good sign...don't give up yet! Partly, it's hard to tell what your chart looks like because there's not enough pre-O data to have
