No temperature change? No O?

New to this... Been trying for 6+, been off the pill for over a year, and now seem to have a 59 day cycle. No idea if that is a problem.

Just started paying attention to B temperature this cycle (not recording most other things, but will get better about that!). It looks to me like no temperature shift? I read somewhere that 1/20 does not experience any temperature shift - anyone know?

Welcome to the board.

I was not able to view your chart. You'll need to find the link for sharing your chart (with the iVFP, you need to e-mail the link to yourself and then copy and paste it here).

A 59 day cycle is, obviously, on the long side. What were your cycles like before going on the pill? It could be the pill hormones are still lingering and messing with things. Have you been TTC for six months or for six cycles? Lingering pill hormones can make things wacky for up to six cycles or so. How long have your other cycles been?

I haven't ever read that some women don't get a temp shift with ovulation. If the temping is done correctly (same time every morning, immediately after waking, with a basal body thermometer) then some kind of temp shift should show up with ovulation. It is possible to ovulate and have a very weak thermal shift, which can indicate a hormonal problem/issue that would make becoming and staying pregnant less likely.

I'd love to take a look at your chart and give some specific input.

Hmmm, I don't see anything resembling O on your chart, unfortunately.
