Good grief.

I started spotting today and my temps dropped. I made sure I was reading it right, I was. Wasn't extra cold last night. Early AM there was a little red streak in my CM, it's getting more and CM is pinker. My lower back is aching, it feels like AF... on CD22!?!? This can't be good. I'll have to call my Dr on Monday to see what we are going to do.

What a bummer.

I know! Where did my progesterone go?! It was here Friday then POOF! I went from 97.5 -> 96.88 -> 96.89 this morning. That's below my coverline. Good grief. What's a girl got to do these days to get some progesterone!

I'm wondering the same. When it was EW, it was like classic and then dry days.. but it seemed like it had done that earlier in the cycle.. although not as EW. I'll be on the look out for it though. Instead of bright red today was back to Mr. Brown only once in the AM the rest of the day was nice and dry.

I was going to say hopefully something.. but at this point not even sure what would be 'good' news!?!

Thanks for the tantrum for me though! I had a few of em my self today. I tell ya, nothing like a good foot stomp every once and awhile! :)

11/10 update. Go figure. This morning was 97.14- above coverline. What a roller coaster!

I arrived to the roller coaster a bit late, but I agree with Sue that is possible you didn't O.

How are things going now? I'd love to see an updated chart link.

Hello,

I could be way off base here, but I think you never O'd... I say that because even your highest temp of 97.5 is not really indicative of ovulation on its own.

Hey,

In general my average temps are getting higher. Used to be 96.5-ish, now 96.8-ish. When I was jump started before with the Provera, the highest my temps got was 97.4- most were around the 97.2ish range.

I've given up on anything good happening this month. I'm spotting again. This morning I couldn't get a reliable temp because my dog has been sick and was up all night coughing up a lung so I was up all night.

I'm also feeling that I didn't O, I was using OPK and none showed a positive, and even if I did my body ain't doing anything right afterwards so no good. I called my doctor and I'm bummed because they said oooh just wait to see if you'll O and I said, no I'm charting it's very clear that that ship has passed and with all the spotting... egads.

Thanks ladies for all your help reading the tea leaves! :)

Sorry Laura, cuz I know ttc is serious business, but I did get a giggle out of the info you shared that women in colder climates ovulate less frequently than women in warmer climates, and also that diets high in soy protein and legumes work against ovulation.

Well hows this for a statistical conundrum. I live in a warm climate and don't eat a lot of veggies!! :D

Laura- I love your go get em attitude! I feel the same way and was quite flattered and humbled that you said a prayer for me. It brought me tears of gratitude.

Ok here's my 411.

Weight/Nutrition: I currently weigh between 102.5 & 104 and I'm 5'6". For me this is "normal". I've been a skinny minnie my whole life right along with the rest of my family. I'm trying to pack on pounds. I drink 2-3 Ensures a day on top of my regular meals. Breakfast: Bagels & Cream Cheese and OJ, Lunch usually a PBJ & nut mix, Dinner Meat and veggie. Love me some water. I eat lots of breads. Yeah... I'm missing fruit. Do peas count as legumes? I don't eat any of the other stuff.

Stressed out: I find myself to be a pretty relaxed person, but I have noticed that since my daughter passed away my stomach drops a lot. You know that feeling? Mostly when I get stuck thinking about what ifs. It's decreasing, but I'd say that stomach dropping can't be good for me. To combat it I listen to lots of music, read books and hubby and I walk the dog.

Light: I'm not in total darkness- it's dark- but not totally dark. I was putting on an eye mask to make it dark.. but I suppose that doesn't work. I did turn on a light during that 16-18 part in my cycle when I came closest to O- so this could work for me. As far as light during the day... I should mention that I live in Hawai'i so I'm in sunshine 365 days a year! Hubby is going to put up a drape rod this week so I can block it out 100%.

Vitamins: I was taking Fertilaid (vitex) religiously for a month and a half then stopped when I did the Provera that jump started this cycle. I've been taking it intermittently since. I take 100mg of B6 and prenatals daily.

Oh yes, and I like long walks on the beach.... ;)

Thanks ladies!
Lauren
