question about high BBTs

Ok, so it's been 10 years since I got pregnant with my first child. I'm healthier now, and with a new (and improved) husband. It's been years since I charted, but things seem very different now. Previously when I charted my pre ovulation temps were around 96.5. From what I understand that is a bit low for normal, but within the normal range. Fast forward to now...this is my first cycle charting after coming off birth control. My last period, on birth control, was only a bit of spotting for a few days and the period before that, also on birth control, never happened. I had been concerned/excited that I might have gotten pregnant on the birth control but a blood test at the doctor's office said no. So with all the weirdness going on I stopped the birth control and started charting, with the idea that we would wait a few cycles and then try to concieve in Jan or Feb. Well, my temps are really high compared to what I remember years ago. My morning temp has been about 98.3 to 98.6 the whole time, with a drop to 98.2 yesterday and today, Cycle day 15. I take my temps at about 6am before getting out of bed. Still no EWCM, not much mucous at all actually. Any thoughts as to what might be wrong with my hormones, to miss periods and have BBT that high? I'm concerned as I am 32 years old and want more kids.

I'd imagine the BCP hormones are still in your system.
