question on CM after the pill

I was reading something written online by Toni Weschler (sp?) about changes in CM after being on BCP. She said something like the BCP changes the cervical crypts and makes EWCM less likely. Has anyone else heard this from a credible source? My CM seems to be way out of line on when and what consistency it should have throughout my cycle.
