I know some women who chart and temp and do all that until they are sure they've ovulated and then they put the chart away during their luteal phase to avoid the craziness of obsession during the two week wait. Do yout hink that might help you? Your chart can't tell you, one way or another, if you are PG or not anyway. It might look favorable or less favorable, but I've seen PG charts that look just awful and non-PG charts that look amazingly like they should end in a BFP. It is enough to drive you crazy. So, maybe you either need to set it aside during that time or just commit to simply recording the information and try not to obsess.
