Ok...I know I have posted here before about things, but I am still really new at this, and I was wondering if I have Oed today. Again in the beginning I was not taking my temps all different times of the day.

I am also a little confused about some different advice I have heard about using personal lubes. Some places say that its not a good idea if you are TTC, others say that specific brands that act like woman's natural lubes are ok. If it is up to the specific brands that act like a natural lube what is that brand?

I'll let others tackle your O day since I'm still pretty new at charting.
Relating to personal lubes, many are "hostile" to sperm. There is Pre-Seed (a brand) that is sperm friendly. Their might be more. If you are having low quality cervical fluid you can also try taking 'tussin close to your fertile time and drink lots of water. It can help create better quality CM.

L is right, some lubs can be detrimental to ttc, so you'll want to make sure you use something "friendly" like pre-seed.
