Take a peek please

A couple questions also. I know having any illness even if you don't have a fever can affect your BBT. But by how much, and which way? I have a nasty head cold and have for 2 days now. Today's temp was way higher than I've had all cycle. It also was an hour early because I woke up before my alarm. I was sure I could fall back asleep so I didn't temp right then and waited 5 minutes...I was super tired and may have dozed off & woke back up in those 5 minutes. Would that make a big difference?

So please take a peek and lemme know if you think this can still be accurate or if I should discard todays temp.
