Waiting to find out is driving me nuts!

So far this *looks* like my most promising cycle, its just a bit weird because I'm on day 15 and it looks like I ovulated on day 10, which seems really early and is way earlier than most of my other charts have shown. Which if thats the case DH and I just caught our window this month because he had to travel out of town for work this entire week, which ended up being cycle days 11-15. I was sure this month was doomed because of last minute travel, now I have to sit and wait for what feels like an eternity to find out for sure.

Also my temp dropped just a bit this morning, I've had odd sharp cramping today and I've just been feeling a bit off for the last few days (again still seems a bit early for showing an implantation dip, etc). I'm really hoping I got pregnant this cycle, but I also realize this could all be me wanting to be pregnant really badly too. I'm not due to start my period until sometime in early November, this wait is the worst!

What do you think would be the earliest I could take a pregnancy test, at least how many days past ovulation should I wait? I know Fertility Friend says 18 days, but I'm not sure I can hold out knowing that long if I don't get my period before then.

Thanks!

Kristina

<Sigh> So sorry this wasn't your lucky cycle.  Things were looking so promising there for a bit.  Well, November was a lucky month for me and if you get pg this month, it'll be right about the same time I got pg with my dd, so good luck to you!

Well, no luck looks like AF decided to show up today. Undecided Guess all those symptoms were in my head, lol. Try try again this next cycle. At least DH is traveling today and the next few days and should be back the rest of November, that should put us in a better spot to catch O again. :)

I'm still a bit dissappointed (who wouldn't be) - my chart looked super promising! Guess it just goes to show it just doesn't always happen when you think or when you want it to.

Good luck, baby dust and fingers crossed for everyone!

Oh No, I didnt want to see that temp drop.  But,  it isn't over until AF shows herself. Keeping FX for a huge temp jump in the mornng for you.

Hmmmm, well now I'm not sure what to think. I haven't tested again yet because my temp dropped below my coverline this morning (14dpo). If AF does decide to show I don't want to waste a test, but I still feel off, not normally how I feel before AF shows up.  Usually once my temps drop at this time in my LP they don't go back up, but I suppose its possible it could go back up tomorrow. Think I'll wait until at least then to see what happens - so far no spotting or anything today, still crossing my fingers!

Hmmmm your early symptoms sound similar to my early symptoms when I was pg with my ds.  I had round ligament pains starting just a couple of days after I got pg, and I also had sudden odor aversions (like helping my dd wipe after pottying about sent me gagging and retching from the room!)

&&&Fingers Crossed&&& that you'll have some very good news, very soon!

Thanks for all the positive thoughts! I actually broke down and tested 10 dpo (got a neg) waiting was just killing me. Although I really would have been seriously surprised if I had gotten a + result THAT soon, me just being overly hopeful! Trying to be more patient and cautiously optimistic. :D

If I get that BFP this will be one of the first places I tell everyone - if I am pregnant, DH doesn't want to tell anyone until we have all of our family here on Christmas. I want to burst and scream it from a mountain the moment I find out that I am pregnant, lol! Mostly because we waited that long with our daughter and I ended up delivering really early (@ 29wks) so everyone really only knew I was pregant for about 3 months. I'd like to be spoiled by people slightly longer than that and hopefully get a bit closer to full-term the next time around. :)

Kristina, that chart is looking awesome! I am so hoping for you! I'll be stalking for your test in the morning! Keeping everything crossed for ya!

Ava! Glad to see you here! I came over 2 cycles ago to get these girls opinion on my chart- they are great and I like coming here to look at the charts. I meant to tell you that you can PM(private message) me anytime you want if you don't see me on the TTC over 40 board.

Hi, can I please join in here?  I couldn't help but get excited reading the previous posts, it sounds really promising for you Oogie22.  I read your chart, it looks good, and the symptoms sound promising too.

My fx and everything else for you, roll on cd18 so you can test!
