Hello Ladies,
I was really wondering if any of you think by looking at my chart that i actually did o. I haven't o'd on my own in over a year this is my second unmedicated cycle. Since I did bd anywhere near o I am not counting on a bfp. Although I would be ecstatic just knowing I did actually o on my own.

While you do have a temp dip that gives the impression of a temp rise following the dip, you don't have two distinct levels of temperatures to indicate ovulation.
I don't always get 3 consecutive hours of sleep as I work 3rd shift. I also have trouble sleeping so I've always taking my temp at diffrent times of the day. I try to stay in the 11:30 to 12:30 range. I have always taking my temp at diffrent times for the last 9 cycles. This is just the first unmedicated.
Just discarded the 98.18 temp think I had been awake a min before remember to take my temp......(It was also unusually high for pre o temp for me. Now what do you think?
