Hello ladies,

I recently signed up for fertility friend, although I like the format and appearance of ivillage's free charting system.

Well, no software is 100% foolproof.

Hey Sue,

Yah, you are prob. right- it certainly is not a clear-cut chart.

Laura -

It seems to me that the charting software just comes down to personal choice. I'm a FF fan, but that's just me! I think the hard part comes in the interpretation of the chart

Hmm, i really thought I had replied to this. I think I must have typed out the reply and stopped at the preview screen without continuing on to post it. I do that more often than I care to admit!

At any rate, I don't think that either one is more reliable than the other. They both make mistakes and do wacky things. I'd use the one that I liked better as far as user-friendliness and chart sharing capabilities, and then leave the interpretation of it up to me. I used the TCOYF software, which is similar to the iVFP, and I really did like it a lot, but I was still over riding it from time to time.

I've definitely had better luck with FF - I have had multiple problems with IVillage not saving my info or not displaying the 'advisor' data.
