One more week of school, great! I'm sure it can't come fast enough.
I was the same with no real cravings or weird symptoms, so I had some trouble filling in all the blanks in the book too. It seems like they're geared for that (I guess because that's how a lot of pregnancies go).

So glad to hear you and your little girl are doing well. Sweet dreams!

Hi Grace! Glad to hear that you are doing well:) Just like you would walk into Alana's nursery, I walk in Lev's all the time...we are stil waiting on the crib mattress to arrive so we can finally put it all together:) the empty crib is annoying me, lol.

Lol, I remember things being incomplete would bother me too. I was constantly reorganizing things too!

Grace it is so wonderful for hear from you! I already commented under the picture of your daughter but I will say it again - how adorable! As for me I still do not believe I am pregnant. Thank goodness my OB took pity on me and said I could come every two weeks. I do not care how much piece of mind costs me - it is so worth it. I am slowly (and with much apprehension) purchasing baby cloths. I am team green but I strongly feel it is a boy so I might have purchased some boy things, lol. Mostly from Good will so I figure at $1.25 if it comes out a girl it will not hurt my heart.

So how is everyone else. I am jealous of those of you who have your nurseries started (or even almost finished for some of you!). Right now I am still slowly trying to combine the office into the spare bedroom so I can make what was the office the nursery. I have bought shelves for the spare bedroom so I can get rid of some clunky furniture. That is about as far as I got. Some of it is nerves to do anything only for something bad to happen. Even though my OB reassures me all the time, as I am sure you girls can understand, I still find myself not believing it is real. I usually get a lot of motivation right after an appointment but then as it crawls further away from that time the more nervous and superstitious I become. It is crazy - but that is my fate in life. Lol.

I hope you ladies are all enjoying the summer. Hopefully not too hot. Thankfully I am not showing at all so my bathing suit still fits and I am using it as often as I can at our community pool! What are you guys doing?

Lucky you can wear a bathing suit, lol. I have yet to find one that fits my boobs..it is horrible. Thankfully I live in Western Washington where summer doesn't usualy hit until July:)
Glad to hear that you are slowly getting things for baby:) We didn't really buy much until after the anatomical u/s and the amnio...somedays I get nervous still..but for the most part I am just so anxious for the next 12 weeks to go by, lol.

I am STILL waiting on the dang crib mattress and it is really making me angry now. I will call PBK back tomorrow and find out what the heck is going on. I have all of his bedding just sitting and waiting!

Thank you Dixie!
I believe in the mom having intuition about the gender. I felt girl early on with Alana. With my first BFP, I felt girl & with the BFP before Alana, I felt boy and both of those feelings were correct when chromosome testing were done. So I wouldn't be surprised if you're welcoming a boy in December.
I hope as the weeks pass and once you start feeling that little one move and wiggle around, you'll be able to relax more & start to believe that you'll have a little baby in your arms soon!

I am happy my bathing suit still fits, especially since I HATE bathing suit shopping. I am not exactly bathing suit size and I cannot imagine that being pregnant makes it better. Living right next to the beach makes bathing suits necessary. Well at least in my life, lol.
I am hoping that after my next actual u/s I am less nervous. Plus I want to paint the room when I can open windows and such.
How annoying that your stuff has not come! I would definately call and find out where it is. I know I would hate to have things half finished.

To be honest it was more all the old wives tales that said boy and I do not feel much either way. But I believe in those things so I am going with that answer (since all of them say that answer). I think the part of me that is having a hard time realizing this is real is also the part that feels the gender. But I think a boy would be wonderful, especially since my DH is the only boy in his family so it would be the opportunity to keep the family name.
