Scared and Nervous

Ok here comes the paranoia. I am scared that this has ended. I have NO symptoms anymore. My areolas are no bigger, if anything to me they look a bit smaller. And absolutely no darker. I never had any morning sickness, or any real constipation. I am not tired at all anymore and because I was already so overweight I certainly see no change in my belly. I am almost 13 weeks and although I saw the hb again at 10wks and everything looked good I also know how that can change.................I am so scared that I told my parents only for it all to go away.

Has anyone else had all their symptoms go away? Am I being crazy? I called my OB but they said unless I get cramping and bleeding (which I have not had at all) they really would not bring me in before my 6/17 u/s. So I am stuck unless I want to go to ER. But even then what would I say? I am paranoid?

They say that once you get through the 1st trimester, your symptoms really lessen. I am sure that you and your bean are JUST FINE. I have never been pg before, so I wouldn't know. But as much as we hate to hear it, try to relax and enjoy the moments.

Oh Dixie, I'm so sorry you are feeling scared. I think after having a loss, any change in symptoms is terrifying and we assume the worst. Ive got my fingers crossed that everything is just fine and it's just the transition to your second trimester. I've heard other ladies talk about getting a Doppler from amazon to hear the heartbeat. Might be worth $100 for peace of mind!

(((HUGS))) I am praying for you. I have a friend right now who is preggo and all of her symptoms started going away around week 10. Try to think positive.

((HUGS)) for you Dixie. I know that feeling:( I would say I was sick from week 6-14..so alot like you. Every body reacts differently to being pregnant..so don't think anything is wrong unless you know something is wrong. I know it's easier said than done..but you need to keep focusing on the hb you saw at 10 weeks and that right now, you ARE pregnant.

Dixie, they will not refuse your request for an ultrasound! You are nervous an scared, and you want to make sure everything is alright! I would call your OB back and tell them you want to come in, if they fight you on it, I suggest finding another OB. They have protocol, but so do you!

Actually the insurance could refuse to pay. Since it is not out of medical necessity they could deny the claim and since my OB would have no reason. I will hold out. They did not refuse but my OB office said it would be hard to get in and the chance of them doing the u/s was slim. As to another OB there really is not any and I like this OB. I will tough it out. But thanks!

They can always check the hb if you are concerned, but I am sure everything is good:)

I am holding onto the hope that I am just being paranoid. (As if that is a shocking idea lol). I figure even if it has ended knowing sooner will not make it hurt less. I will be patient. Come what may.
But thank you EVERYONE for the kind words. You guys definately have made me feel better. I could not ask for better support systems.

DH would not let me get a doppler due to the fear of it not working right or making me more obsessed, lol. I have anxiety disorder anyhow and I think that would have put me over the edge, even though I'm medicated;)
