Hey guys! I hope you both are doing well. I am sure you are ready to pop, literally.

The wedding went well, it was a beautiful day. I am so happy for my sister and certainly wish them a ton of happy years.
Sadly I was even more of a party pooper. Aside from the fact I could not drink (apparently the champaigne for the toast was delicious grr) I ended up dancing too much and felt some contractions as a reminder to sit down. So unfortunately I was side lined for most of the day. Boo.

Megan- I am sorry to hear your comfort level has dropped however at least it makes you slightly less fearful of having him! I hope to hear good news soon.

Heather - I am sorry to hear you went to the ER but glad you got the fluids you need. Hopefully the next time you are at the hospital it is to have a little bundle.

I have my redo 3D ultrasound tomorrow so I plan on having a mocha frappe from McD to encourage the peanut to be more active.

I have also been looking into getting a "mommy to be" massage at the spa when we go to Disney. It is fairly cheap (as massages go) and I really think it will be nice. Considering I have never gotten one I am sure it cannot hurt! lol

Heather,
I'm so sorry you were feeling so yucky last week and had to spend the night in the hospital. Are you feeling any better this week? You said they were going to run some tests yesterday, how did those go? Thinking of you! Hopefully, its not much longer for both of us- I know my comfort levels have dropped significantly the last few weeks- sleep is hard to come by, too. My hips are killin' me and heartburn is AWFUL! I'll admit it, up until this week, I was timid and fearful of having him- not so much anymore... BRING IT ON! I'm ready!!! :)

Dixie - sorry the 3D/4D didn't go as planned but caffeine and sugar might get him doing a jig for you next week!

Good to hear from you Dixie! I hope your sisters wedding turns out a success! Is it going to be an outdoor wedding? Just wondering, as the weather is absolutely BEAUTIFUL this time of year, (here in the Midwest it is 78 degrees today and sunny). I LIVE for days like these! Its a bummer about the surprise honeymoon falling through- I hate when stuff like that happens... you try so hard to please, and it backfires. Ugh, the story of my life, too! Sorry bout the ultrasound- you get so darn excited to see your lil peanut, then she/he decides NOT to cooperate. Grrr.....

AFM- I had my weekly appt yesterday and my DH went with me this time. I have progressed to 2cm and still 75% effaced. Have felt some Braxton Hicks contractions but that's really the only change. My doc took one look at my Dh, and asked how big he was when he was born, (8lbs3oz,,, and 2 wks early). I think this intimidated him, and he thought it might be a good idea to do an ultrasound just to rule out inducing me incase baby was too big, (I was 38w4d yesterday). So we did the ultrasound and baby was measuring right on target, NOT too big at all, the sonogramer took some measurments and estimated Cole to be about 6lbs10oz. So, no induction necessary. If I go to my due date, (9/18) he will more than likely be close to 7 1/2 lbs, totally normal. Everything looked good, but they are so scrunched in there this late in pregnancy, we couldn't get a good look at any features. They said he is low, so his position and the fact that I am dialating is a sign that it should be REAL soon! I am getting sooooo excited!!!!! Will keep you all posted! Heather, how are you doing???

Gender (if too early any guesses?): It is a surprise!

Room Theme: Disney Animals (primarily Lion King and Dumbo!)

Food cravings/ aversions: Chocolate milk is my real only craving. I have at least one glass a day (usually more!)

Sad to see summer go or happy for fall?: Usually I love summer but for whatever reason this one has been bland. I am excited for fall to decorate for Halloween and of course Christmas with our own little miracle.

Belly Pictures (if you want): You still cannot even tell I am pregnant despite I am 26 weeks. Actually some of the people at work just found out and they almost did not believe me!
