I had an OB appointment today and my 2nd growth u/s. The OB wasnt that fun i had a non stress test that showed some pretty consistent contractions and i had told her i was feeling more "crampy" than usual. She checked my cervix let me tell u not very fun at all. Luckily its still closed but she told me to go to bed unless i wanted to put myself into preterm labor.
As for the ultrasound. Baby Anna is still in the perfect position with her head down. She is 3lbs 7oz measuring in the 50th percentile for her gestational age ! that i am thrilled about nothing like having an averaged sized baby when ure a gestational diabetic. its so hard to believe how big she is the tech even pointed out to me how she was "practicing" to breath. i can hardly wait another 9 weeks !

So glad to hear that Anna looks great.
Sorry to hear that you are having contractions.

Glad things are looking good but sorry about the contractions. I was just at my OB today and I was going to ask when my next u/s would be, but not for awhile I guess since my next appt isn't until 3 weeks from now and they didn't even talk about one.

how have you been? i know i almost peed my pants when she told me how big she was i thought for sure they were going to tell me that was far too big but i guess not ! this whole "home stretch" of the pregnancy isnt as fun as i had hoped. How are you feeling?
Yay, I’m glad to hear Anna is looking great and measuring just right.
