Well, my period came yesterday, which is good, that's what was supposed to happen. I am scheduled to have my baseline scan and labs tomorrow and start stims Saturday. I am working today so I had out ultrasound tech take a look, bad idea. I have a 4 cm cyst on my right ovary, so I am afraid that they will not let me start stims. I am so sad and dissapointed. And I know if I talk to DH about it, he will get mad because I am being pessimistic. I just don't know what else to do, I hate this! You get you hopes up for something, then boom, it all gets screwed up. I wish I had more patience. I just want to cry!

Ugh Carey, I'm sorry! I hope that's not the case and they let you get started.

Oh I am so sorry Carey. Hopefully the cyst does not hold you back. I know what you mean about being patient. It is so hard after waiting so long for everything else to think you have to wait again. I am very impatient in all parts in life so being IF is especially hard.

Hopefully we can offer some distraction if you do have to wait but I have crossed fingers and toes in hopes you do not have to wait for the next step!!!

Thanks ladies. I went today for my US and labs. The cyst is 3.5 cm, they drew estrogen and progesterone levels. They will call me back to let me know what the next step will be, but I will not be able to start the cycle. They keep telling me how unpredictable PCOS ovaries can be, and I guess that is true. I will continue to try to remember that I cannot control this, and I just need to relax and be patient. What is one more month in the grand scheme of things, right? Ooh but it is sooo hard to do! Will keep you posted!

Thanks again everyone. My estrogen level was 288 on Friday, way too high to start stims. I am continuing lupron and going back on Thursday to have another ultrasound and bloodwork. Hopefully the annoying cyst will go away soon so we can get back on track!
