Is it possible: just dont think about it

I'm new here. Been trying to conceive since 2002. I've been with my hubby since 1997 and we've been married almost 4 years. I've attempted IVF 3x. Became pregnant once but that ended in a miscarriage. I just feel so alone in this and my husband wants this just as bad as me.

I'm just trying to figure out if the "it'll happen when you stop trying" thing is true. Why/when would that be? I don't plan to stop until I am a mommy. Can a couple TTC actually not think about it? When my hubby and I do it =P I always think that this could be it (afterwards). It seems almost impossible not to think about it...Just asking you guys because you actually know how this feels =/ And to the Christians, how do you continue standing when it feels like you have nothing left.

Thank you all. This TTC thing is something I would never wish on anyone. I must admit though, when I read this board last night and some of the stories it made me grateful of my own journey. I too hope this will end soon. Thanks again. I feel a bit more encouraged today. I am NOT alone...I never was but I can actually read and speak to people now that know how I truly feel.

Again I'm still amazed that there are people out here that feel just like me. I totally agree with you. I just don't get it when people tell me that. Even other couples that were TTC (not with IF) have told me that they got pregnant when they stopped trying. If I knew how to implement that concept, I would. LOL. Thx everyone. My IF family is the best. LOL

Yes I totally agree...when you're ttc there's no such thing as not thinking about it. LOL. But it gets better...I guess...

Same thing happens to me. I don't know though, I have a confidence that it WILL and SHALL happen, its just a matter of when. When Lord? What are you waiting for? That's what I wanna know. I was reading the story of Hannah in Samuel and it blew me away, the way she was crying and asking God to stop neglecting her and listen to her plea...that's exactly how I feel, like Hannah. But we all have to believe in something or we might go crazy!

I'm praying for all of us. *sigh*

Hey guys...not to digress but is it hard for anyone else to lose weight after IVF treatments???

Lawd knows I've just gained and gained since I started. All these drugs do a number on the body.

Let me be honest here, I don't work out nor am I an active person but that too is starting to get to me...
