Need to leave my home for a whole day...

1 year old birthday party.
I have the penthouse of a 3 unit building, and the bottom unit is the one throwing the party. There's no way I could just stay in bed and avoid all the ruckus. Plus, I'm friends with the family, so I'd need to NOT be here to avoid a ton of kids and babies. I figure I can spend the weekend at my in-laws...

Ugh that sucks! I know what you mean I just turned on my facebook to find out my SIL who I cannot stand (and really REALLY does not deserve to be a parent) had her baby a month early.
At least I can block that news feed! No way to block a party as easy as you can block announcements on facebook. Lol
