Not sure what is going on

I got a  peak reading on my CBFEM on Friday & Sat and a + opk on Sat which is a normal cycle for me. So I should have O'd this weekend or the latest Monday. So why haven't my temps started to rise??

I know that both tests only indicate possible ovulation and everyone has an annovulatory cycle every now & then so I guess I am just venting.

My CBEFM now says low and has stopped asking for tests which it usually does after 10 days.

I continued with the OPK's just to make sure I didn't miss my O but those have been negative since Sunday. I have also been checking my CP and it is much lower than this past weekend and my CM is much less as well. My bb's are tender too so everything physically is telling me that I O'd except my temp, WTH!!

I know stress can affect ovulation but I am not really stressed, well other than TTC for 8 months.

As bad as it sounds, I have been less stressed about TTC since we seem to have found an answer for our IF when DH was diagnosed with a varicocele.

Before we had tests done I was worried that it was me even though my cycles are like clockwork & my temping always indicated that I O'd. Since all my tests have come back normal I have felt alot better about everything therefore my stress level has gone down.

Maybe the battery in my thermometer is dying, I don't know. I am just frustrated right now!!

Thanks for listening:)

Hi Nat,

Temping can be so frustrating sometimes! Can you post a link to your chart? I think if you O'd Monday then you may have only had a slight temp jump this morning? Maybe tomorrow you'll have a little more climb?

Mine usually goes up a little the day after O but not drastically.

So are you trying au naturale right now? What are you going to do to treat DH?

Well I hope you can get moving on some treatment soon and that DH's next SA comes back good.

I have no idea what's happening with your temps! Maybe a delay in O this month? I think I'd keep using opk's just in case. And then maybe get a new battery for your thermometer. I always worry that my thermometer's battery is going to die. I guess I worry about everything!

I'm 37 and my DH is 41 so we are moving forward with some treatments. After 2 miscarriages we have already wasted so much time. When we first started ttc my doc's said that I was still young, now all of the sudden I'm to the point where they don't want to mess around anymore!

I hate when they say that. Evolution needs to keep up, women don't want or need to have kids in their teens anymore. I wish puberty would shift 10 years forward so people were fertile myrtles in their 30's instead of their teens!
