Where to go from here? Any suggestions?

I'm coming to the end of my rope with this stupid infertility. My husband and I have been together for 11 years and have been trying to conceive for the last 6. We only started to go to the RE 2 1/2 years ago. During that time, I have undergone 6 IUI cycles with the first one resulting in a BFP and then a miscarriage 8 weeks later. We did IVF with DH's sperm and all 3 cycles were negative. I have now done 4 cycles with DS and again BFN. My issues (thyroid and high prolactin) have been treated with medication and I have normal levels. We have to use DS since my husband has zero normal morphology. I'm only 37 and I don't know what to do next. Any ideas on things we could try, other procedures, vitamins, herbs, anything?

Feb. 2008 - IUI#1 w/ Clomid - BFP - miscarried at 8 weeks
IUI's #2-5 w/ Clomid - BFN
IVF #1 - Follistim and Ganirelix
ER 2/18/09 - 18 follicles, 15 mature and 15 fertilized w/ ICSI
ET 2/23/09 with 2 Grade A 8 cell embies and 6 to freeze
3/6/09 BFN
FET #1 - May 2009 - Started BCP April 15, 2009 with transfer of 3 embies on May 29 - 1st beta 6/8/09 - BFN
FET #2 - Oct. 2009 - Started Lupron Sept. 13 with transfer o 3 embies on Oct. 9 - 1st beta 10/19/09 - BFN

I'm so sorry for all you've been through, no wonder you are frustrated and wondering where to go. It sounds like you've exhausted options. But as Leslie suggested, is donor egg an option? Or some clinics offer donor embryo options?
I wish I had more advice for you but wanted to at least send you some virtual hugs.
