Would love any tips or advice. Diagnosed with PCOS about 4 years ago. Trying to get pregnant 6 years. Had a saline sonogram done, found I have a polyp in my uterus and a cyst in my left ovary. Next step, HSG sometime after Christmas. Can anyone give me any helpful advice on possible success. Also, I've been on metformin for the pcos for almost 3 years along with dexamethasone.

Thanks

Kathleen

what dosage are you on for your metformin? it's supposed to be between 1500 and 2500 milligrams, most doctors are just afraid to go up that high because I don't want to put you at risk however most women diagnosed with PCOS need dosage that high because our bodies don't respond like other people that don't have PCOS
