I'm sure I'm not the only one that notices this. Hoidays. Santa and kids everywhere.

Ugh...it's a difficult time of year, no doubt about that! Luckily I've managed to steer clear of Toys R Us. My nieces are coming down for the weekend over New Year's so we're taking them to Build A Bear when they are here and that will be their Christmas gift. Unfortunately I got bombarded at the mall. Tons of ridiculously cute kids and pregnant women as far as the eye could see. My advice: hit Toys R Us right when they open so there won't be as many people. I was at Old Navy this morning at 7am and had the store pretty much to myself! :)

I'm not sure how I cope, I just get through it. I haven't put up our Christmas tree this year and I haven't put up Christmas lights outside either. I just didn't feel like doing it this year. But I'm trying to stay postitive and look forward to 2012. I really hope it's our year. But I said that for 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2008 too. I guess all we can do is lean on each other and keep hoping.

I hear you! I just went to a holiday party, everyone just had babies. There were kids everywhere! Everyone asked about kids, I just love that!!!!! I already feel depressed, but please rub a little salt on the wound please LOL This whole experience has made me sluggish and I normally have tons of energy. The worst is my husband is in TOTAL denial and it was his tests that came back with problems! Wish I could be in denial, might make it easier LOL

Yeah and if the kids didn't come, then all the mom's stand around and talk about the cute things they did. Then your left out or the subject of your IF comes up. Either way, it's been hard to cope. I should be use to it by now. But it's just hard.

I don't think we'll ever get used to it, it's hard plain and simple :) I think the best thing to do is avoid anything that makes it worse! That's my plan anyhow.

So how is everyone making out? I haven't jumped yet. LOL

It was rough last week...my co-worker's daughter was in the hospital having her baby. This co-worker "Linda" and I share an office. Well her daughter just happened to be very close to delivering over our lunch break. So her daughter's boyfriend left his cell phone on and Linda listened to the birth via speakerphone in our office. She did ask me if I would mind if she listened, and of course I said no. I mean, I wouldn't deny her hearing her grandaughter's birth. Eventually our office became the lunch time hangout, with 6 of us in here listening to the pushing and breathing and yelling. Our male co-workers all think we're nuts, LOL! I put on a smile and laughed along with the other ladies, but I had a good cry that night when I got home. I want that to be me!!

Hugs Jemma! That would have been really hard to listen to all day. Wow that is really great of you! Not sure I could have done that.
