I think that the article really speaks to the emotional rollercoaster that those of us on the IF journey endure, as well as the apprehension that so many of us feel when faced with sharing our journey with friends and family.

I agree Kelly, it is really hard to open up about IF, I got a little better at it but still almost feel like it is something people get uncomfortable hearing about so it keeps me silent in some situations. I liked how the article mentioned support that many of us find online in support groups like this!

This was an excellet article. I actually sent it to my mother in hopes she could better understand things. Particularly understanding how some comments, however kindly intended, can hurt.
