I agree Kelly, it is really hard to open up about IF, I got a little better at it but still almost feel like it is something people get uncomfortable hearing about so it keeps me silent in some situations. I liked how the article mentioned support that many of us find online in support groups like this!
This was an excellet article. I actually sent it to my mother in hopes she could better understand things. Particularly understanding how some comments, however kindly intended, can hurt.
