Jenna, 38 (39 in July) DH 36
San Francisco
C10 TTC
Male infertility, counts ok but very bad motility. Diagnosed with prostatitis, treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, waiting for next SA. Mild varicocele, surgery now not recommended. My bloodwork and HSG were OK.

This month: 2nd SA, consult with RE (may have to postpone if I don't get my test results in mail soon)

Hi! I've been "lurking" here for several months - but never posted.....I figured now was as good a time as any - I have really been helped by reading all the posts here, and knowing I'm not as alone as I feel....

Anyway, back to roll call :

* I'm Lisa, age 31
* DH (Brian) is 32
* Charlotte, NC
* C16 TTC, no BC for 3 years though.....
* C4 with Clomid, had 3 Clomid cycles last year before we moved and had to sort-of go on hold. By the looks of all my tests, I just don't ovulate, although you'd never know it by AF's regularity.

Anyway, thanks again Ladies, it's great to know you're all out there, even if it sucks that we all have to go through this.........

Hi all.

I'm a newbie here, but not to TTC. I've been over at the TTC#1 board for 6 months or so, and we've actually been TTC for almost 3 years now. I've been lurking here a little since Jessica (rathgr1th) mentioned it over at TTC#1. I recognize a few "familiar faces".

Hi everyone...I'm new here but not new to IF issues. I've been lurking for the past few months, but now that we've done some testing, we have a better idea of what we're up against.

Me - Stacy, 36
DH - Bryan, 44
Location - S. Indiana
How long TTC - No real BC since my daughter was born almost 9 years ago except for short stints on the pill to try and regulate heavy AF and ovarian cysts, we've been actively trying and charting for 6 months.
Current TTC stats - We just got back DH's second SA results and discovered that though his counts are near normal he has ZERO normal morphology *cries*. I also have 2 fibroids and possible endo (it runs in my family and all of the women on my mother's side have had hysterectomies). I have recurrent cysts and painful ovulation as well as spotting and long, heavy, painful AF. We will be doing another SA in the next couple weeks with a wash to see if DH has any swimmers with normal morphology. It was also determined today that he has stage 2 varicocele (sp), but the doctor doesn't want to jump into surgery yet.
Summer plans - I'm graduating in two weeks and will be taking my national certification to become a licensed massage therapist, then we will be going to Lake Tahoe for 8 days at the end of the month!

I almost started crying today at our appointment after we were told about the morphology...the doctor said it is very rare for DH to have 200 million sperm all with deformities. I'm not really sure how to procede at this point and I feel like charting and timing BD has all been for nothing. I'm going to try and be proactive though and hook DH up with some of the vitamins that I've seen other DH's using that have sperm issues. If anyone has any advice, I would LOVE to hear it!

Hey Stacy, that is really hard news about the morphology.
