Hello ladies and Welcome to Infertility Support!!!
We are so excited you that you decided to join us. As you already know Infertility is a rollercoaster ride of emotions. We hope your stay is short and you get a BFP very soon! This board is full of amazing women dealing with many different types of infertility issues. The information found on this post is a combination of different posts from Kelly CL grad from TTCYFC, Michelle (shellmi) and CL chrisunshine of TTCYFC 6+. At the bottom of the post is a list of acronym and website links. We hope you'll find this information useful. Below you will find some guidelines for posting, as well as some wonderful links that will help make your Infertility journey just a little easier.
If you feel we are missing any important websites or links feel free to add on!
Ivillage's rules and regulations can be found here and here. It is a good idea to familiarize yourself with these. Below you will find additional suggestions for posting to help make your stay a more pleasant one.
1) You may find, that if you reply more to other people posts, you will often get more responses. Even if you don't know the answer to a question, an encouraging note is often just as helpful!
2) Some of the women here have been TTC for a very long time, so please be sensitive to that fact. You probably won't get a lot of responses if you never post here, but then just post a BFP in the BFPs & Grads section.
3) Introduce yourself! We love hearing about new people, so post a note in the first section labeled "Roll Call and Daily Digs" section.
4) TTC can be a very stressful time, but please never personally attack another member. If you find someone is saying something out of line click the "Report a violation" link on that post.
5) Keep us posted after you get your BFP! We love to hear about our graduates so please feel free to come back and post in the "BFPs & Grads" section.
7) Definitely not required, BUT we love to see the faces of the people we are talking to. It often helps us to connect more with you. If you would like to have a siggy made, visit the Signature Showcase board to request one. It's totally free, but keep in mind it may take a while to get a siggy back because they are very busy on that board.
