Welcome. I am sorry you have to join us but glad you came to find help. I guess the first question is do they know why you don't ovulate without help? For me I did not ovulate either, but that is because I have PCOS. The reason I ask is because my RE told me that aside from my PCOS causing me not to ovulate, when I do the increased insulin level in my body (a side effect from PCOS) effects my eggs. I was put on Metformin and it was increased recently because my level was not where my RE wanted it.

Perhaps there is another factor like that effecting your BFPs. Also have you thought about just injections. I have done Femara this cycle as well but I know if it does not work my RE is switching me to injectables completely. Perhaps that is your next step?

I wish you tons of luck and baby dust.

They diagnosed me with PCOS as well. I tried Metformin and it bottomed my insulin out making me light headed and in a fog.

Hmm have they looked at your progesterone? I am also doing progesterone suppositories because my RE said she thinks my lining might run thin. (I have had 2 chemical pregnancies). Is that an option ? Or do they not think it is necessary?

I have done progesterone in pill form only to induce a cycle.

Hmm I wish I could be more helpful. I too had to take pill progesterone to induce a period (Provera). If I understand the medication correctly it is not so much taking the pill that causes your period but the withdrawl of the progesterone that does it.

Now for this cycle I do a vaginal suppository progesterone. That is so that if I do get a fertalized egg it has a nice comfy spot.

I hope that you get a BFP soon!
