nutrition advice?

I'm feeling a bit defeated as we hit the 13 cycle mark this month, and want to start to control those things that are in my power (since so much is NOT in my power!) Any advice for good websites or books for nutrition for fertility would be appreciated. I know I can do better in this area but would love some help! Thanks!

I just wanted to say I can greatly understand the need to control things. I felt the same way. I cant look right now but I have a bunch of books on IF I can look and see if any related to diet as I cannot remember now. I will get back to you hopefully soon. Good luck and baby dust to you!

I hate feeling that I'm not in control either, so anything you can do to make yourself feel more in control is a good thing. We have a couple of articles that you might find useful:
