I would like any and all suggestions on the below issue!!
I have had 2 previous ectopic pregnancies that thrived, perfect betas, even saw a heartbeat with one. I have had 3 uterine pregnancies that were the exact opposite, one empty sac, 2 chemical pregnancies. I am convinced that there is something wrong in my uterus. Is that crazy? I feel like something is keeping these embies from thriving in there. I just can't believe that it's "bad luck" and not a medically explainable thing! I have had a large fibroid removed 3 years ago. I also have tested homozygous MTHFR but with normal homocysteine levels (so no treatement) and I have antithyroid antibodies which I'm on low dose synthroid for. Do you guys have any suggestions for what I should be tested for? I feel like my RE just wants to keep trying and I want to make sure we have covered all bases before my third and likely final IVF. These are a few that I have emailed my RE that I would like, any more suggestions? clotting issues, hysteroscopy/D&C, mycoplasm, etc.
My RE doesn't put much stock in immune testing, so not sure if I should even go down that road.
