Lupron question

My box of meds arrived this afternoon, and I noticed that the lupron was in the cold pack along with the follistim.  I'm confused, because the box says to keep at room temperature, but there's a sticker on the box that says to refrigerate it.   How do you store it? 

My DH was totally overwhelmed by it all and was surprised when I knew what everything was and in the order I was supposed to use it.  LOL, I guess that's typical though, men tend to only listen to things that pertain directly to them.
