4 cell embryo success?

Hi all!

I just had a fresh egg transfer but the embryos weren't great quality. :(

All 3 were 4 cells, 2 of them were 'grade 2' and the other was 'grade 3-4'....

Are there any successes out there with 4 cell embies?

Was it a 2 day transfer or 3 day transfer?

Don't worry, like i said I have seen ladies transfer 4 and 5 cell embies before and have success.

Hey Sasha, when I did my first fresh cycle last Sept I got two four cell and one five cell embie. I was so worried so I asked on the pregnancy after ivf board if anyone had sucess with embies of this quality. While I didn't get a bfp there were many ladies there that did. One of them told me she never got embies with cells greater than 5 and she was pregger with twins. So just try to stay positive. good luck

Thanks ladies...I'm still holding out hope. Only 5 days until our beta! I think I might POAS tomorrow. I will be 7dp3dt....

Try to stay away from POAS if you can. Just try...so you don't stress yourself. It might be early.

sashahope - I am a POAS pusher, just know if you do it this early you might still see a negative, especially since the ones you transfered were only 4cell.

I just did my 1st IVF Cycle and transferred 2 embryos that were both 4 cells with no fragmentation. I am also wondering how many people have had success with those odds ;-) I pray every night that my husband and I can start our family. Thanks to everyone!
