Ok so this board has died down a lot in the past year or so.

Hi all! I have been lurking off and on for several months. I used to be a regular back in 2008/2009. We are still planning our summer cycle. I am still breastfeeding, so I want to and plan to wean soon. I want to be done for a couple of months prior to our next cycle. I was also waiting for AF to appear and she finally did a few weeks ago for the first time since June of 09 due to the pregnancy/breastfeeding.

I am getting excited/anxious and am really over-analyzing the time of this cycle. We are putting our house on the market in April/May and really hope to move this summer, but that all depends on the sale of the house of course. We had planned on cycling in June, but then I think about having showings, keeping the house clean, and having to leave at a moment's notice with a dog/baby in tow, + doing IVF seems to be a lot. Then I think about moving and doing that all possibly during the IVF/1st trimester (hopefully) and that doesn't sound fun either. But I have no way of predicting when we will move and/or how the cycle will go, so who knows. We also have a two week vacation planned for August. So part of me is thinking we should wait until Sept., but then the other part of me just wants to go for it. I want to make it as stress-free as possible, but it's impossible to make it 100% stress-free, so maybe I should just get over that and just do it.

I guess it's a blessing and a curse to possibly be able to plan a pregnancy so well. Of course, it might not even work out this time and then we'd start to plan IVF #3, so we'll see what we end up doing.

Chris, how are you doing? I know there are MANY of us following you. I try to look up your posts on other threads to check in on you :). Anxious to hear how it's all going for you!

Hi Liz,

Thanks to our wonderful health insurance that covers infertility treatments at 100%, we have been able to go through 2 rounds of IVF. The first ending in a BFP and a handsome DS who is now 3 yrs old. I am in the middle of my second round for a second child and hoping for another miracle. I also have PCOS and went thru 5 IUI's with clomid which didn't work.
