Any Attain IVF patients?

Hi! I am active on the Infertility Support message board, but I have a specific question regarding IVF patients.
I was in the Attain IVF shared risk program (formerly Integramed)....where you pay in advance and get 3 fresh and 3 frozen cycles. If you don't end up with a baby after that you get 70% of your money back. They have all kinds of qualificiations....like age, fsh, sperm analysis, hsg, etc. Anyway, we were accepted and did my first IVF with them (it was really my 3rd overall) in February 2010. We only got 2 eggs in the ER and transferred both after 3 days. I got pregnant with really high betas. But at the first u/s at 7 weeks, there was no h/b and it was only measuring at 6 weeks. So 1 week later, the u/s showed no change so I had a D&C the next day.
Although I was really upset, I felt comfort in knowing that I had 2 more fresh IVF cycles.
But, the Attain IVF program called me 2 weeks later and decided to remove me from the program. They did not provide me with a reason (their contract says they don't need to tell me a reason). They sent me 70% of my money back. I don't really want the money - just the opportunity to get pregnant again.
So, I have an attorney involved - and we are going to send them a letter asking for reasons why I got removed. But my DH and I suspect that this company probably kicks people out if they don't get pg the first time so that they can minimize their costs. Of course, I have no proof of it.....
which is why I want to know if anyone out there has participated in this program or knows of anyone who has.
Thanks for any information - sorry this is so long.
