He retrieved 24. 19 were mature enough and 14 fertilized. So now we have to wait until Sunday , I am hoping for some blasts tobe left over to freeze this time . I found the first time to be the most painfull afterwards. I think because it was the first time and also because of the amount of eggs. The second time I had less eggs and had virtually no pain afterwards. This time I had more eggs and had a lil more pain.

I think this is your first IVF and to be honest the doctor is never 100% sure how your body will respond. The truth is quality is always better than quantity. This is my 3rd cycle and my meds have been adjusted to get it just right and even then every cycle is different. Don't be sad or stress 13 is actually very good and you may have more by the time you trigger with the HCG. Just take it step by step what is your estrogen and how many days have you been taking you stimulation meds?
