Come on down...November Cyclers!!!

Hello ladies,
What are you doing leading up to your cycle? I have to wait a couple AF's after a chemical pregnancy. Which is fine because I would like to lower my BMI by 25 lbs.

I want to lose weight too. I lost 40 lbs really easily but have been up in down the last 5-10 lbs for almost a year now. My IVF dr said he my weight wasn't an issue though (BMI is 34 though so I think it is). Regardless I am trying to eat healthier and taper down (and hopefully off) my prescription medications and caffiene. :)

It does seem so far away but as soon as we start meds in October you'll feel like your progressing. It'll good fast up til the 2ww then it seems to drag on!
My BMI is 30 right now but quickly going down. I have two cups of coffee per day except when I'm on nightshifts i'll maybe have three.
GL with the wait.

Congrats on your BMI and having it go down!! Are you doing anything special or just trying to eat healthy? I've just been trying to eat healthy and I've been at a plateau for what seems like forever.
I hope you are doing well. Waiting after a chemical pregnancy must be extremely difficult. :(
Take care

Hi Ladies...I'll be with you in Nov. Seems a long way off, but I know it will be here before we know it. All my info is in my sig, but I am waiting for a number of reasons. Would've liked to have done an Oct. cycle, but we are doing some traveling in Oct, so we are going to wait until Nov. Plus my little sister just got engaged and is planning a May 27 wedding, so hopefully if we do get PG, an August due date works out better in that regard.
I was going to accupuncture 1/week, but it is just too expensive and hard for me to schedule, so I think the stress of that was outweighing whatever benefits I might get. I did it for 5 months before my last cycle (chemical pg), so I don't think it made a difference there.
My RE has me on DHEA to hopefully help my egg quality. Otherwise, I am trying to eat healthy and excercise and not stress (ha).
&nbMrsnetangel- just trying to eat healthy. I gained 20 lbs with my last cycle. I ate my emotions lol. So with just eating healthy and exercise 30/60 minutes a day the weight is dropping. I'm sure I'll plateau at some point. My first IVF was standard with ICSI which resulted in my DS. Since then I've become a poor responder, yeh.
Trr16- chemicals are hard. It took me a while to recover from it. Soon we'll be all starting in October! Are you sticking with the same protocol or is it a FET?
Trying to stay positive and stressfree!
&nbShel- Yeah I totally need to exercise more.

I'm waiting for AF after chemical pregnancy and it's taking it's time. A lot of (TMI) other kinds of discharge but no AF. Once it does comes I still have wait til Octobers AF to start monitoring LH to start estrogen and another med (can't remember). no bcp's this time yeppy!
Hang in there girls! Sooooon.
I am getting rather impatient myself. Is it November (or late October so I can start meds) yet?? lol

Hey ladies! Looks like I will likely be a November ER and ET for my very first IVF. I thought I would be an October cycler but it didn't work out that way. Are you guys getting super impatient??? I'm so ready to get this show on the road!
