Hi lynxgirl68!
I just finished my first (and hopefully last) fresh IVF cycle. I took progesterone the day of my ER until my ET. I did a five day transfer. I can't imagine that one day could mess you up. During my 2ww (the fourth day), my RE called to tell me that my blood work said I needed more progesterone, which made me worried that I would not get a BFP. But I did. Can't they just make the transfer a day later?
My FET is scheduled for this Friday.
