FET scheduled for Friday! Did it work for you?

Hello! I'm trying to conceive my 2nd baby with our frozen embryos this Friday with an FET. I did IUI three times with no success, but we finally had a successful 1st IVF cycle and I gave birth to my son in June of 2010. We froze the leftover embryos. I'm hoping these frozen embryos work for baby #2.
Have any of you gone through the FET process? Did it work for you? I have heard conflicting stories about it.
I'd love to hear your experiences.

Things are going great on my end as well. We just found out that we will be welcoming another baby girl!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that DD will have a little sister.
Another baby girl! You are so blessed! Congrats. My u/s is on the 12th, I will report back after! Hoping to see one beautiful little sac and heartbeat. FETs do work! What a miracle!
