I don't think the new boards are not as hard as people seem to think. If you go to outline view it looks almost the same as the old way. Maybe I;m in the minority but I don't mind it.

I don't really like it. The new features are nice, but the overall look is so clinical. It doesn't have that welcoming feeling that the old board had, even in the outline view. I've tried to pop on and post, or just read posts, but it's so clumsy and un-friendly that I give up. This has nothing to do with my comfort level with computers, either. I've been working on computers for many, many years and have provided technical support for software programs and do troubleshooting on hardware, as well. This is just an awfully awkward board!!!!!

I hope that helps! I check this site and the other one (54) and really wish there was just one place to go to get back into our groove - do you know what I mean? If you want anything more, you can email me at

Thanks, Kris!

I thought it was a little tough at first trying to figure it all out, but I seem to know my way around really well now. Just took a while to get adjusted.

I'm doing ok with this board, but I miss everyone!! I do go to the new board, but I am torn between the two and therefore probably don't post as much on either. I feel really badly for newbies, as I was able to find so much info. from this board even before I delurked.

I was thinking that if this board was to come back to life, maybe make each folder a roll call subject instead of just a single roll call folder. That way, as you progress through your cycle, you can post under the proper roll call folder, and see others who are there with you. Just a thought (and I don't know how many folders you can create).

I know I feel I am pulling double duty going to two boards, I can only image how much time and energy you are putting into this! Thanks for all of your efforts!

Kris, I don't like the new format but I think it is "workable". I'm here to stay!
