Heading towards IVF...Insight needed

I have been a member of the IF Support board for awhile now, and now DH and I find ourselves moving on to IVF, so I thought that I would check this board out as well...

A little background...I am 30, and DH is 31, and we have been TTC since June 2009.

Kelly (31) DH (32) TTC Since June 2009 August 2007 - Myomectomy - removed large fibroid on back of uterus January 2010 - HSG reveals "possible" blocked left tube March 2010 - First RE visit (PCOS secondary to CAH diagnosed) April 2010 - October 2010

Hi Kelly! Welcome. I hope someone will chime in with a story similar to yours. I cant comment on your dx.....we are dealing with MFI. I just want to wish you the best of luck!

I am sure when you started iui getting use to those injections was a bit scary.........same as pio when its new. Don't worry about

Hi and welcome!! I'm new to this and new to ivf too. I also have endo and fibroids. Although my tubes are wide open, my IUIs failed so that's why we're steppin it up. I haven't gotten to the PIO part yet but I'm trying to believe everyone's comments that it's bad at first like the little stomach ones were but you'll get used to it quickly. I hope so! The schedule is a lot more intense but I have to believe totally worth it! Good luck to you!! -Pix
