how did your 1st ivf cycle differ from your 2nd?

I am going to be doing ivf #2 next month and for some reason I am more nervous for this cycle that the first one. My Re said that I will be on different drugs this time but I'm not sure what else would change. I am curious to find out how your cycle #2 was different from cycle #1.

My 2nd IVF cycle is exactly the same as the first (same drugs/protocol), except this time I started a steroid, dexamethasone 10mg, once daily about a week before my first injection.
We are about to do fresh cycle #3, and they plan to mimic cycle #2.
My 1st cycle I used the ganerlix protocol and I ended up with lots of eggs but some grew from the beginning and lots didn't until later so I got 13 eggs at ER only 7 were mature and for me only 2 fertilized but we did NOT us ICSI.
My 1st 2 bfn cycles I was just taking gonal-f and lupron. The bfp cycle they added repronex and baby asprin. I also responded to you in the "june cyclers" thread.

Me - (Amanda 27) My dh-- 26 We have been ttc # 1 for 3yrs 5mths My dh has severe oligospermia, Ivf with icsi is our only option. Ivf # 1--- failed Ivf # 2--- failed Ivf # 3-- hopefully in March 2013 at a new clinic!
