How is it going through IVF to conceive # 2 with a Toddler this time around?

My son is only 4 months and we are already planning for next year. How is going through IVF with a LO in tow and also being pregnant ? Any of 2 timers have advice or input?

I went thru IVF to add on for #2 several times while my son was about

IVF cycle #2 - TTC
We started our second IVF attempt withing 3 weeks of our IVF#1 Daughter's FIRST birthday. Since my injections were at night between 6p-8p.....she was IN BED when I did te injections. I managed MOST of my monitoring appointments without her in tow...but I also ENJOYED taking her with me...since THE CLINIC was the reason she existed....and They liked to see her. I would have her in her stroller, and it fit just fine in the room while I had my U/S's. That attempt WAS successful...but we miscarried at 8 weeks. 2 months after that...we started IVF#3...and our daughter is 17 months old now. This time..my injections are in the AM.....but she is in her high chair eating when I do them..so sh has no idea. I have taken her to most of my appointments this time....with a snack and drink handy....LOL. She is VERY entertaining at my appointments.
It all works out..and isn't nearly as difficult to juggle as some may think. Even when I was 8 weeks along after our second IVF////There were no challenges to overcome. I was just Pregnant mommy WITHOUT caffeine....versus wild and crazy mom ON caffeine! LOL

Pregnancy with little ones in tow is much harder than cycling, but once again, taking it one day at a time it isn't that bad.
My dd was 10 months old when we started IVF for the second time. It wasn't too bad. The clinic I go to allowed me to bring her to all my b/w and u/s appts. The only thing that was bad was getting her up and out of the house at 6am. I felt so bad. I didn't get pregnant again until she was 16 months. The 1st trimester was ruff with the m/s and caring for a toddler. All and all I can not complain. Things always work themselves out:) I have had a lot of energy this pregnancy so ya just do what ya gotta do! Good luck!

It is looking like Jul/ August 2012 or November.
