(children mentioned)Hi ladies. I need. Advice. I have 2 year. Old b/g twins from fresh de ivf. Donor was 28. I'm now. Doibg embryo donation w my re from a 32 year old. I put in 2 and got. Twins w my fresh. Since this is fet w donated. Embies should I be more aggressive since its frozen and put 3, or because she is only 32, even frozen I should stick w 2. ?????thanks...

That's a tough one...I would probably stick with 2 if it were me.

I think it depends on the quality of the embryos frozen. At my clinic, they only freeze really good ones, so their FET pregnancy rates are pretty equivalent to their fresh cycles. I did a FET when I was 30---transferred two and got pregnant with twins. In my experience, I'd never transfer more than two. That said, it's such a personal decision! Good luck.
