I didn't vote b/c I had a girl with my first successful ICSI pregnancy, and now I'm pg with a boy from another ICSI pregnancy. So it's been 50/50 for me.

This is a really interesting poll! After having girl via ICSI, I was always curious to see if girls were more prevalent. Thanks for the info! :)

Interesting... I posted this poll because I'd read an article that said icsi is more likely to result in female babies, because female sperm are bigger and slower than male sperm, so they're easier for the embryologist to aspirate into the pipette for use in icsi. It makes sense, but just wondered if that theory has panned out or not. Thanks!

Our Sept buddy group had 10 girls, most of who had ICSI and the genders were:

- 4 singleton boys
- 3 singleton girls
- 3 sets of boy/girl twins

Seems pretty much 50/50 =)
