January Cyclers - Come out and play...

I don't think we have an official January Cyclers Club so I will start a thread. I know a bunch of us were kinda in the December group (winter cyclers) but I thought I still would do one for our January ladies.
My info:
I am Christy and just turned 37 and DH is 42. We have been trying for our first since 2006 and finally went to the RE in 2010. (I know, we should have went sooner but DH wanted things to happen naturally). Since 2010, I had one ectopic on my first IUI and 5 BFN IUIs so I am onto IVF. There were a few delays and I am finally ready to start my first IVF cycle. Thank goodness!!!

Our second sac that attached at implantation but failed to develop was STILL on US at 9 weeks...but mostly gone last week (11w3d)...... it does reabsorb!

Back from the ultrasound and breathing a sigh of relief.
We saw one beautiful heartbeat (132). The baby was measuring a bit early (6w4d) but my RE wasn't concerned especially since 2 scas were visible. We did see a second smaller sac but the ultrasound was to grainy to see much. The RE things that baby will reabsorb but there is still a chance it might grow (or something like that). I have my first prenatal appointment on Thursday and I'm sure the nurse will order another ultrasound to verify if the 2nd sac is no good. I don't even have an OB yet. I think the nurse coordinates all that so it should be interesting. I am just super glad we saw at least one heartbeat!
