I thought I would be in April but I went for b/w yesterday and still no o (day 22) . This is following a failed IVF cycle so I guess I am not regular yet. I have to go back on the 14th for more b/w and hopefully I will start lupron then. This will be a medicated FET for me. I have some great quality embies waiting for me so I am feeling very positive. Looks like the transfer will be some where around May 16th. All my info is in my siggy.....but I have been around so long your all probably board with my story....LOL!

I am looking forward to getting to know my May cycle buddies:smileyhappy:

Quick question for those of you who have undergone FET.

Celectra- were you on lupron? you did a medicated cycle right? In the past I have done natural FET and they had me do a low dose trigger so yes, I did ovulate. With medicated FET you are on lupron (with no trigger) so you do not ovulate. Don't worry I had the same symptoms. I think its all the estrogen and (PIO if that's what your doing) that makes us feel that way.

Macy- Good luck at ET tomorrow! Hopefully you are left with some embies to freeze but most importantly a BFP!

Ok ladies, I need advice. In one way I want to call RE and ask if we can transfer 3 embryos instead of 2. I REALLY want this to be my last cycle ever. Given my history........see siggy........I am not sure this is unreasonable. The only thing is that all 7 embryos are said to be "gorgeous" with "high implantation potential". Twins are one thing but triplets are dangerous.

Havinfaith, without a doubt, if it were me, I would absolutely ask for 3 to be transferred. I don't know how you feel about multiples, but 3 just gives you much better odds than 2. If you end up with multiples, you and your DH have to decide what you can handle. But if it were my embies, I would insist on 3 being transfered. Good luck with your decision!

havinfaith - it's your decision but think of it this way - which would you rather have...

* BFN after transferring 2
or
* figuring out how to deal w/triplets

Which "worst case" is better for you?
