I was just lurking and remember you from back when i was posting on the boards with my DD (19 months old) - and we too are thinking about #2!!!
I went to "North Jersey Fertility Assoc." in Wayne (right near willowbrook mall). Dr Ransom is FANTASTIC - love love love him!! I don't know how his prices are in comparison to others, we too had/have to pay out of pocket, but they will go over all the financials with you ahead of time so you know what you are up against.
