When we found out about the severely low sperm count from my DH's urologist we were told not to bother operating on his varicoele (basically that is a varicose vein in the testical). There is divide in medical opinion as to if operating on a varicocele will help fertility when it comes to severe cases.

HAHA! I know what you mean.My Dh and I were together 13 years before we got our BFP! When they called with my BETA results I was so sure that they mixed me up with someone else I had DH drive me to CVS to get an HPT so I make sure!!! So yea I know exactly how you feel.
For my FET, I am doing a undedicated cycle. just a low dose trigger and some progesterone suppositories.I dont even have to go in for b/w or u/s until the 29th. They said I might even trigger that day!
Keep your chin up! I will keep my fingers crossed for you that the 24th brings some words that you've been waiting so long to hear! It is incredibly hard to stay positive, and I can't imagine how surreal it will feel when I finally get to see a BFP, but I am putting everything I have into remaining optimistic!

Congratulations on your BFP!!!! Sounds good to me
just read your siggy and wanted to let you know I was in the same boat with DH. He had a vas reversal and low motility and high antibodies (72%). We ttc for 18months with one m/c and 2 chemical pg. I was 2 weeks away from ivf and we got a BFP the day we were supposed to pay for our first cycle. I didnt have much hope because I read the high antibodies cause miscarriages but i am almost 16wks pg and baby is doing just fine.
GL with this cycle and I hope you get your BFP!
