Post Miscarriage "Mishap"? Help

Hey Ladies..A Lot of you KNOW me.....Our Second IVF was alo a success, but The HB was lost at one of our Follow-up Appointments. I have been combing the internet for hours and CANT find any help for what JUST happened.

So..after 3 weeks of waiting to MC......we ended up taking Cytotec. Within 2-3 days MANY larg things that ought not fall out of a person fell out of me, and I bled consistently for a full week. I went in for a follow-up U/S the Friday After taking the meds...and the OB said My Uterus was clear and cervix was closing. She said OK to resume "Activity" if the bleeding has stopped. So...Friday, Saturday and Sunday almost NO bleeding. So...The Hubby and I...after a VERY LONG dry spell..... decided to "Get it on!!"

Today....I sarted BleedingQUITE heavily and when I sat down to pee...TWO Cigar length and width SOLID/Dense Masses dropped out of me! What the hell?? I thought my uterus was clear?? Now the bleeding is pretty steady. I think I'd feel stupid going to the ER.....as I know bleeding can go on and off for a few weeks..... But I think I am going to bleed to death before I get to call OB 2morrow. And WHAT were those things that I passed?? Seriously? The sac and placenta....and all the large clots passed a week and a half ago...... I think I just passed my cervix...LOL

Any thoughts or experience with this??
