Retrieved 31 eggs worried about OHSS and ET

Hello,
I wanted some advise from girls who have been in the same situation that I am facing. I had my ER yesterday and was full of fluids. I had 31 eggs retrieved and the Dr. said that I am at risk for OHSS which I am really scared of. I really dont want to get sick with OHSS. I am feeling much better today and lost 5lbs since yesterday which was probably all fluid retention. I still have a hard abdomen but the pain is significantly less than it was yesterday.
Am I in the clear of OHSS since I am feeling better today? SHould I go ahead with the ET or cryo and postpone ET?
Well you got quite a few eggs to choose from! That's wonderful......whats not so wonderful is how your feeling. I will tell you that my last cycle we got 15 eggs. The day after

Thanks for your response and advice. I am feeling a whole lot better today on the 3rd day after retrieval day. I lost 6 lbs since my retrieval on Tuesday. My RE says that I should be ok as long as I keep drinking lots of fluids specially salty like chicken soup and gatorade. I wouldn't mind cryo at all. I am willing to wait as long as I don't get sick since I have a LO at home to take care of. My transfer is scheduled for Sunday morning so I guess as long as my health (blating, pain, etc.) continue to improve I should be ok for the transfer, or so I hope. RE says I should be ok, I hope they are right :)
Glad to see you are feeling better.
